Ben Levy built one of the most distinctive early track records of any trial attorney in Georgia, becoming one of the youngest lawyers in the state to accumulate more than ten civil jury trial victories within three years of graduating from law school. That pace was not accidental. Before joining the plaintiff’s side, Ben spent time at an insurance defense firm specifically to understand how carriers evaluate personal injury cases for settlement and how they build their defense strategy for trial.
That experience gave him a working knowledge of the other side’s playbook that most plaintiff’s attorneys never develop, and he has applied it against insurance companies in every major case he has litigated since. He has taken well over 100 depositions, argued motions at every level, and earned a reputation among judges and opposing counsel for being prepared, precise, and honest in the courtroom, qualities that are as important to trial outcomes as aggression.
At Atlanta Truck Accident Law Group, Ben brings that trial-tested foundation directly to commercial truck accident and catastrophic injury litigation. He litigates every case as if it will go to trial from day one, which means the investigation, the expert preparation, and the damages model are built to withstand cross-examination by defense counsel who have faced him before. His prior experience on the defense side is particularly valuable in commercial carrier cases, where the insurer’s litigation strategy is often predictable to someone who has sat at that table. Ben also serves on the boards of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and Friends of the Israel Defense Forces, and he is proficient in conversational Spanish, giving the firm an additional point of access for Spanish-speaking clients across Georgia.
