Elizabeth Ji brings a distinctive combination of litigation experience and community depth to commercial truck accident and catastrophic injury cases. The eldest daughter of immigrant parents, she earned her Bachelor of Arts with dual majors in Political Science and International Studies from The Ohio State University before focusing her early legal career on immigration matters, both before and after law school.
She was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2017 and is a recipient of the Dean John E. Ryan Scholarship, CALI Awards in Business Organizations and Immigration Clinic, and holds Lexis Nexis and Westlaw Next legal research certifications. She is fluent in Korean and deeply active in the Georgia Korean community, bringing direct and meaningful access to families whose primary language is Korean through every stage of a case.
At Atlanta Truck Accident Law Group, Elizabeth applies her litigation background to the full scope of commercial vehicle and catastrophic injury cases. She is also the founding partner of The Law Office of Elizabeth Ji, where she represents businesses and families in immigration matters, a practice that reflects the same commitment to navigating complex legal systems on behalf of people who need an advocate who understands both the law and the human stakes involved. Her experience representing families through difficult and often unfamiliar legal processes translates directly to the demands of commercial truck accident litigation, where clear communication, thorough preparation, and a genuine investment in the client’s outcome are what separate adequate representation from the kind that actually changes a family’s future.
